To Vince II

by Beth K Hannah

When I move behind you
I can see your silhouette
Your empty veins
And I know I must have you
I listen to your explanations
I configure how your breath
Would feel on my soul
I raise hell in my blood
By meeting your eyes
Cosmo told me to seduce you
To hand you one-liners
To force you to notice me
But I am a simple girl
With a complicated lust
I need you to quench this desire
I beg you to reconsider my
Covert glances
You are the one who can end my madness.
