Golden Moment by Oliver DrewmanOne moment
A flash
Then life is gone
This pale golden color
Will never fly on
This frail thing of beauty
This thin soft veiled form
Twer better not met me
Destroying red storm
Life is so precious
Frailer then frail
A moment, an action
Then all is pale
The silence that follows
Frozen in time
Etched as a memory
Forged as a rhyme
Cherish this time
Small things on the way
For death conquers all
O'er all holds sway
Now is the time
A second too long
To change a poor creature
Into singingless song
