The sensuality of logic
always escaped me.
It seemed that thought
and reason should have
no visage, no flavour,
that reality had as much
to offer as the directions
on how to run my wristwatch.
I had always felt that
joy, beauty, and love
were on another
dimensional plane,
and reality had no emotion.
Then, one day, I saw you
sitting on a rock
and the reality of the image
is what excited me,
the logical reasoning in your taste
upon my lips stirred exuberance
and I saw that truth
is the most sensual experience of all.
