Is this a sign we should run for cover?
Well here's a message to all those who rant
The rubble and decay of art not pure
Is just a sign that we will not conform

I am no shrinking violet to your cause
I will rise and challenge your position
Archaic stances are not history
They still exist in people who cry foul

To all the critics of art in all forms
I beseech you all to expand your minds
The challenge has been laid down at your feet
Let's see if freedom's dormant in your hearts

It's a fist fight of words I shall not lose
Beauty has no exclusive formula
Most will choose to stay blind to expression
I'll be watching my back for verbal knives

It's said those who can not do, criticize
Cookie cutters are for baking, not art
The planet owes you nothing short of this
Thank you for showing us how not to be
