This sense of wellness surrounds me
I feel engulfed in love
I feel like a whole person
The sound of your voice throws me
Takes me to a place
That I wish I weren't

The sight of you sends my heart at flight
The smell of your cologne reaches my nose
My heart leaps to my throat
The tears well in my eyes and my soul
The arms longing to wrap around you
To have a safe zone
A feeling of total comfort
So much love that I could burst at any moment
And yet I hold it in
I control it in front of you
But inside I am screaming

Every time you speak my name
Or look my way
Do you know what you do to me?
