Grandma's Muscles

my grandma has strong muscles
she doesn't know I know.
they aren't the kind of muscles
that bulge out or that show.
they aren't the kind of muscles
that help out in a race
unless of course she's the first one
to get a smile on her face!
it doesn't take much muscle
for grandmas to make a frown
but it does take good strong muscles
