In life
you should never hold on to past mistakes
let them dictate your future successes,
you should never regret things you have done.
You are allowed one regret,
so choose wisely,
to regret an action,
rather than a lack there of
I regret nothing I have done so far in life,
a million things I did not,
rather out of fear
or anger
or just plain old ignorance
I may have missed some of my best chances
and yet here I am still
alive and well
and so I guess I should not regret those things I missed out on
because if I hadn't missed them
I may not be where I am
or who I am today.
I still reserve my right to have one regret,
but I haven't found it yet.
