so I don't worry so much about you.

then go ahead I suppose.
It is not a big deal anymore,
you aren't the first
you won't be the last.
Some have done it with a flourish,
drama abounding,
scene making idiots.
Others chose quiet reserve
smiles
and lies
deception to spare me
the knowledge of what they really thought.
You,
you didn't break me yet,
you haven't hurt me,
though you have had every opportunity
you somehow retain
your honor
and our friendship.
I don't know what to think,
I will hope you never feel the need
to break my heart
but if you do go ahead.
