Fear by Angel J McRaeFear, it tears out into the night.
Slowly creeping from your toes up your spine.
And then giving the rushing chill to your head
It screams past your ears to raise the tiny hairs on your
neck.
Terrifying your skin until it's tense and clammy.
Fear, the word so short, so there.
Losing all reason while suspicion clouds the mind.
The floor cracks and you shudder.
There's someone there, someone watching.
They're out to get you, you can feel their stare.
Fear, all around you.
Day and night all we do is fear.
Fear death, fear life, fear love.
Fear is a human emotion, thought overly expressed. 02/23/2002 Posted on 02/23/2002 Copyright © 2023 Angel J McRae
