Fall, Falling, Fallen

by Jersey D Gibson

The wind whispers in your hair,
eyes shining bright, and without a care.
So please, come hear, and cuddle me,
instead of you and I, let's say 'we'.

I would fall
from the highest
to be with you.

Falling down
so that I can
catch you, too.

I have fallen
so you can stay
and it's wonderful there.

And where I'd go,
as long as you're there
I wouldn't care.
