They say it's not huanted
Everything is alright
The noises from inside
are normal at night

I tell them they're wrong
There is something moving around
Something not natural
Strange things that I have found

Like the snakes in the well
And around the back door
I find them on the stair steps to the cellar
And all over the basement floor

In the back corner of the house
There is buzzing in the air
From in the room my son sleeps
Fly's swarm all over in there

Now when the sun goes down
And the last ray is unseen
My son starts shaking
Then he lets out this blood curdling scream

I am up all night
Holding him in my arms
He's shaking and sobbing
Trying to keep him from harm

Explain it when I am sitting here
And all of a sudden I begin to freeze
The heater is on high
Windows closed, there is no breeze

When I finally fall a sleep for the night
I'll wake up with the light

I look around this place that's strange
To find that everything has been re-arranged

Please tell me if there is nothing wrong
Then why does my house come to life at night
And sleep at dawn ........
