Silence should have said
millions of words with complacence
(There is no mess anymore)
Only in my head
capable of being...differently
though chafing, often
Viewed one way
through psychology's mirror
another, through mine
the truth in shades of perception
truth in absurdity
truth in pain and hamburgers
truth in how the icicle falls
truth in where the flower lands
truth in murders
truth in etched lines in hands
truth in word distortions
truth in Norwegian
truth in unexpected fish
...you should know me,
but I should know you.
