The Bitch

by Lori I Wolfe

She crept into the house one day
she asked if she could please stay
I thought she was a bit too much
but what the hell I am a soft touch
So she said that one day would do
she would help around the house too
The first day was going great
till she locked me out the front gate
She said that it was a mistake
till the house shook from her earthquake
She screamed and yelled like a brat
All because I called her a rat
She took my last pack of smokes
Then drank the whole case of coke
And if that wasn't enough for her to take
she took all of my money for heaven sakes
Now this was only the beginning of hell
It's been a month and i am still picking up her mail
I pray to God each and every day
that she will leave by the first of May
Well it's June and her husband is here
He said he is sorry its been a bad year
I just don't know what to think
this whole arrangement just plan stinks
My husband bought a new gun
He hopes it will scare them so they run
It is July now with such great news
they found a house so now they will move
The sun shines upon us once more
since we locked them out the door

You should end it with a line about changing the locks. It'd be funny. :)
