Logan Canyon

by Leonard M Hawkes

"Canyon air cures all,"
Durfee wisely said.
And it's surely true,
For I often come
With burdened heart
To suck in the cold
Sub-alpine dark,
And scale precipitous
Cavernous heights
In search of Light.

Nice poem. I love the flow. Lines 7 and 8 are awesome.
