Just A Thought...
by Jersey D Gibson So sitting at my favorite chair during lunch one day, flipping through a book, something occured to me that I hadn't really thought of before.
Whose sick idea was it anyhow to put the 's' in 'lisp'?
Why isn't the work 'phonetic' not spelled phonetcally?
Why is there Braille on a drive-thru teller?
Who cares that a duck's quack doesn't echo?

Someone could make some really big scientific discovery off of that some day, don't knock it. I love the phoneic, one though. I'm getting a book that explains a lot of those like "Colonel" if it talks about phoneic, I'll let you know. |
