My head is spinning
I don't know what to think
I miss you so much
And just want to be near you.

I close my eyes, you are in front of me
In silence I hear your sweet voice
I can feel your hands on my skin
I smell your cologne,
Sweet and gentle just like you
If only this were real.

I dream of you being home
To be truly in your arms
Not swimming secluded
In the depths of my imagination.

To turn and find you here
Would send my lonely heart reeling
I would never let you go
But it is a figment
A shadow in my mind.

Until we can be together
You will float feverishly in my mind
Amongst my dreams and fantasies.
