When you feel
like your heart is breaking
and you aren't sure why
the world just pulled the rug out
and left you spinning,
when your resolve is broken down
your mind wore out
and your life falling
deeper into insanity
then you are here
here in this place
where the only permenant resident
is I
and all others are just tourists
passing through
taking pictures
posing by the ruins
I used to be someone once
a long time a go
someone
like you
who laughed
and cried
and fell in love
now,
well now I am nothingness
I am no more
than a shell
of a former person
so go ahead
stop for a while
look around
take some picures
but in the end you'll leave too
they always do
they always do.
