To me, my work is as a work of art.
Appointed leader, people are my stuff.
Together we each play our separate parts;
The thinkers, doers, each is not enough.

To bring great enterprise to bear its fruit,
We each must know the purpose of the work
And share the vision it pursues, to boot!
Or dissipate our energies, or shirk.

Each has his role, and hers, and proud each stands.
Some competition causes us to strive;
Without cooperation, though, our hands
Are isolated and one cannot thrive.

And I, as leader, have, to my delight,
The job to keep us focused on what's right.
