Steam on the windows…
Roaring beneath me
Taking me home

Be my wings, be my flight
Over trees, over houses
Under the ever changing skies

Be there, always
Even when the Sun deserts me
And I am lifeless, in the dark
Alone, save for clouds…
The eternity that covers the sky

Never change, never leave
Even though I may wish you different

Take me not to heart
For I know not how I really feel
And that’s how I’ll always be

So, take me home
Changeless; and know
That the world would be empty
