Careless waves of grain
Long stalks of green
Yellow and brown dancing in the wind

Dry ocean of hay
Little feathers of seeds flow
Foams of unbroken waves

Little field mice scrurrying
Through the jungles of grass
Quail, dove flying out of lakes of hay

Stalks of yellow, grren and brown
Conceal the hunter as he aims his gun
Trusty bird dog has a mouthful
