Must be Love

by Adrian Calhoun

Fresh morning dew,
gentle spring rain,
a severe thunderstorm.

Fireworks,
colours of sunrise and sunset.
Crisp clear nights,
revealing every star in the heavens.

New fallen virgin snow,
cool soft breezes,
goosebump causing chills.

Raw,
passionate,
turbulent,
exposed emotion.

Every day,
for better or worse,
I am here,
and will be here until the end.

It must be love.

The comparison of nature to lasting love is strong. Another valentine poem!
