Gargoyles of personal rejection
failing to notice on 1st inspection
Perched guarding the souls of the lost
over to the side we're always tossed.
Dwelling in an unknown past
Dealing with things that don't last
asking the opinion of the biased
and looking up at the highest.
Bow down and show your respect
and don't forget to recollect.
For that forgotten past has worth
it's not the size, but the girth.
So pass on by and bless they soul
for only good deeds make thy whole.
