I went to the counselor today
I decided its time for me
To get help with this

I sat outside willing myself
To go inside

I finally got the strength
I walked up to the door
And it was locked

I knocked on the door
And someone answered

I said I want to talk to a counselor
I felt proud at my strength

They told me they were closed

I laughed
"It's a good thing,
I'm not suicidal"
Then I stopped laughing
