Touch Me

by Betania Tesch

Forgive me for this
violation of our platonic
but desperatly longing
ever streched over messy beds
type of relationship
but you reached over and
touched me with you smile
and your words
and your lips swallowed me whole
took me into you and tasted
the essence of my lechery.
I felt your fingertips
pressed to my bared skin,
whispering ancient sirens' songs
to my already shipwrecked voyage of autonomy.
I am lost in you,
your tongue lost in me,
painting your masterpiece in circles,
laughing all the way,
and waiting for me to collapse,
sublime and satiated, but hungry for more.
Forgive me, darling,
but touch me again...
(for a poet boy who shall never see it)
