Sister, Sister



Sister my sister, I was lost for some time
Went my own way for a while
You watched me self destruct and ruin some things
Thinking you would just wait a while

Knowing as you do, I've made it full circle
You expected me to come out of it in time
I've made it, you can see that today
The envy of life was always on my mind

You directed me with love
And shared exactly what you thought
Thank you my sweet sister
Meerly knowing you are there, you've taught

Lifes lessons that you have shared
We're able to talk through our tears
Laughing at it all just talking about things
Thank you me sweet sister, you erase my fears
