You kissed me last night
You made me realize what it felt like to experience true love
The caring, the sweetness, the longing, the giving.
I felt it all last night
All of it was there
Then I woke up
It was so hard to believe that all of those feelings did not exist
But then I looked down to the floor
Where you and MY SISTER slept...so closely
And my heart shattered once again
Because for one brief moment in my life...I felt love (or at least I thought I did)
And it felt so...good
I felt that finally, the aspect of my life that was missing was finally complete and in place
Too bad it was only a dream
Too bad dear sweet Mike...too bad
