Damn those dreams!
I was doing so well...thinking I could finally let you go
Why did this happen...especially to us?
We were so perfect together (or maybe we weren't and I just thought we were)
I would have done anything for you...you know that
Please tell me...How could you lie to someone who would never do anything to hurt you?
It was the lies that made it happen
The lies...they hurt the most
