She was here
With me
Her twinkling eyes
Her beautiful smile
We were together
The feeling came over me
A happy feeling
The feeling of complete joy
No movement made
We sat with our friends
Having fun
It became late
She had to go home
I brought her
Talking on the T
Smiling
Laughing
Enjoying the moments we had together
I brought her to her room
Said good night
I smiled all the way home.
