All My Life

by Rick Hamrick

Spent all those years
Knowing you were here
Searching some, waiting some
Always... knowing

Spirit promised me, and I believed
Weaker some days than others
Not knowing what to do
To find you, all my life

All my life, love
All my life
Was worth the wait, the doubt
For now you are here
And now I'll love you
All my life

You found me? Me, you?
Doesn't matter anymore
The finding was the key
And it came when I no longer sought or waited

Spirit, grant us the time
To live out this love
You have given, as we
Honor the truth of the Light

All my life, love
All my life
Was worth the wait, the doubt
For now you are here
And now I'll love you
All my life
