Pauline

by Jacki M Butler

Sitting on the porch of the "Wild Rose Cottage" listening to these fascinating stories.
This woman has gone places and done things that one can only dream about.
The places she has been, the things she has seen are incredible.

I am told of her days in New York when she dressed as a gypsy adn played her cello in a concert house on Broadway.
I learn of her visit to the Blarney Stone and her many visits to Europe.

Sharing memories of places we had both been to and describing where the other hadn't gone.
The animation and excitement in her voice makes you feel as though you could have been right there with her.

Listening in amazement, I have decided that I want to make my life as fun and amazing as she has made hers.
To live my life to the fullest
So that I can one day be that woman on the porch telling such adventurous stories.
