You make me think
Go places in my heart and mind
That I dare not tread

You make me face my fears
And help me to understand
And overcome them

You have shown me a side
Of myself that I have either
Never known about or hidden
Away for so long that I’ve forgotten
That it was there

You’ve shown me thoughts
And ideas that I would
Never have explored.
