This is a kids song.

I can imagine this being sung by groups of kids like 'Row, row, row the boat'

Bouncy Billy Barrington

Bouncy Billy Barrington,
Forever accident prone.
For all his falling over
He never broke a bone.
He made an amazing discovery
At the age of ten,
When he took a nasty fall
And bounced right up again.

He'd fallen over the handlebars
Of his home-made bike,
But there was not a scratch on him,
The lucky little tyke!
He should have had some broken bones,
But he wasn't even bent.
Where Jack fell down and broke his crown
Billy didn't have a dent!

With this brand new talent
His mind began to race.
He brought a whole to meaning to
Pulling a funny face.
When he thought his flying mind
Had got right up and fled,
He grabbed a hold of his right ear
And wrapped it 'round his head!.

So he grew up on the street
with no money
For his payment was in knowing
that his stretchiness was funny.
He didn’t beg,
it just wasn’t his style
He was just happy
if he made you smile.
