*JJ Grey & Mofro will be at Floydfest again this year in Floyd Virginia.We will be camping for 6 glorious days,vip,tent and rv.Last year it rained some...but even the rain was fun!

Music is my medicine...changed our lives after we immersed ourselves in it.Music and motion are part of our "healthcare" lotion. xo
