May Patty's enthusiasm, embolden your heel,
on a serpents head, to tread with zeal.
May the good Lord take a likin' to ya,
but not too soon,
or that He let us keep tha loan of ya,
For ur Irish temper, she's a boon-
In times of flush, when the devil's all frowns
and time's of bust, when he's acting a clown.
Let the Lord's elixer of joy, fill your soul with Love,
bless Him, lift your face and smile right at Him,
show off for Him, His created beauty,
to alllll of creation, His divine family above.
