The Journal of Terry Olynik Daylight Savings Time & Bambi
10/30/2005 01:07 p.m.
After resetting the zillion clocks and devices about my apartment, I opened the curtains this morning to view the dawn of a promising day, weather- wise at least. The birds were already chirping with gusto and a squirrel was canvassing the lawn searching for peanuts I had not yet set out. And then it hit me!
They did not know! No one has informed them! The angle of the sun tells them it's 7:22 a.m. But we've turned back the clocks. Without their knowledge! It's 6:22 a.m. sparrows! Should we tell them? Hey calico cat creeping up the stairs, across the street - you're an hour ahead of yourself Fluffy. Big ol' fat black dog sleeping on the porch next door - lunch is NOT as close as you think. Should we keep it as an inside joke? Thaaat's right starlings, the sun won't be going down for a long while yet (heheh).
What to do, what to do? All of Nature - clueless without a Timex. I am currently Questioning
I am listening to The guy in Apt.#3 trying to hork up a lung.
