The winds are increasing

I am starting to see a constant breeze where I am.

Galveston is getting sustained winds of about 20 mph now... how much longer before the storms really hit? I'm not sure... I hear planes taking off still, so I guess that's a good sign, yesterday they had said the airport would close at noon local time and it's 2:30 pm local time now.

The waiting, the waiting, we know it's there, I can feel the Gulf moisture in the breeze, now we just wait to see what is going to happen.
