The Journal of Michele Schottelkorb frustrated...

before we had the politics forum, politics were discussed in the general forum... i left because there are a few people here, that no matter how nice everyone plays, they must throw a little sarcasm into the fray... even if it's an after-thought... even if they mean no harm... even if even if even if... YOU GET YOUR AGENDA ACROSS... over and over and over... it's frustrating... i was really enjoying the dialoguing in the forum... but a sarcastic remark, again, like the old days, just caught my eye... and although probably a lovely person, and although they probably mean well (pushing their agenda, when we already know their agenda) and although i could spark an arguement and ask why generalized sarcastic remarks are necessary... i won't...
at least i was there long enough to learn something... from someone on the other end of where i'm at... see, if you want me to listen, all you have to do is be civil, not sarcastic...
i'm conservative, not on the right... and i was learning a lot from liberals, not the left...
back to poetry...

You know, there are just some people that cannot keep anything to themselves no matter what. We all say, "oh, but that was not my INTENTION"...but c'mon now...I never have believed in these intentions. There is no need to force one's opinion on another. I mean, we do all have journals. See, I had thought about doing a forum post about the POTD, but decided to just do that journal entry because I felt it to be more my personal opinion instead of me forcing it on others in the forums. Of course, these are just my opinions so who knows how many agree. =) Just trying to say that I feel ya on this. |
