Ok, to anyone reading this:

If you go to a coffee cart or an espresso stand or cafe or whatever, tipping is the polite thing to do when you order a complicated drink. Not a huge tip, I'm talkin like 50 cents here. If you order a blended drink (i.e. a frappoccino, smoothie, blended mocha, etc) you should tip a little more because blended drinks are a fucking pain in the ass to make. Also, if you have 3 kids, and they all want the same kind of smoothie, for the love of god, order them all at the same time so the lovely person making your coffe doesn't have to keep washing the pitcher just to make the same damn smoothie over again.

It's annoying. Obviously, I had a semi-rough day at work. But it's never that rough making coffee, my worst day making coffee is still better than my best day at the Bagel Factory. And better than ever day of the last month I worked at UAA.
