hot summer day

nothing much going on today. just watching my friend's kids for a few hours and then going to work. today has got to be the hottest day so far this summer, which in turn is really sad since it is mid july. i miss being a kid when the day would just roll on by, as slow as slow can be, and you didn't have to care about anything. it's funny because when i was a kid i always wanted to be older, i felt like i was missing out. now i relaize i was just missing out on stress! funny.
