make a spectacle
06/24/2004 04:29 a.m.
I make a fantastic spectacle today. Imagine my giant hair stuffed into a bike helmet with a big nerdy visor on it. The sides even stick out. Then I wear shiney blue spandex pants and a tank-top and bike gloves. So basically, I already look insane every time I go for a bike ride, but I don't really care. I am going to be one of those moms that humiliates their children by wearing insane clothes. And as soon as I turn 60, it's nothing but stirrup pants and kitty sweaters.

And I didn't get yelled at for calling in sick to work yesterday. My job at the Bagel Factory is to walk on egg shells and try not to get yelled at.

I didn't get yelled at at all today. My boss told a joke and I saw her smile 3 times. I smile like an idiot the whole damn day at the customers' stupid jokes.

Servers are so artificial. Like bringing someone their water with no ice (because that's how they want it) is the most important thing I will do today.

Screw that. I hate workin for the man.
I am currently Pissed Off
I am listening to the gathering clouds
