Knowing without knowing as if you had always known the KNOWING.Its good that at least you are remembering to remember. Remember that the remembering has to be ACTIVE. That is, ascertain that you are mentally active, from moment to moment, in continuity, seeing your attention moving in slow motion from one object to other.Remain alert and watchful even when its not moving. Its better that you start seeing that its not your hand but you. YOU are your ATTENTION. If its ACTIVE and WATCHFUL you are ALIVE if not you are NOT. |
