The Journal of Jon-Jacob F Deal

New Poem Uploaded, But You Knew That Already

Sometimes something so off the fricking wall happens that you just feel compelled to write about it.

Such was the visitation of humble Camp Giant, South Korea, by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

Now, I know what you're thinking. That would be cause for great jubilation amongst the sausage-partying heathens that are the Infantrymen of A Co. 1/506th, right? Not exactly. You get to a point where you put up with so much bullshit that you don't even care anymore. A live cheerleader is just as fake and untouchable to you as a woman in a Playboy, and the cheerleader has more clothes on.

Anyhow, read the poem and see the whole thing from my twisted perspective. I realize there are some terms and phrases in there that people not familiar with Korea or the Army might not understand, so if anybody has any questions about stuff, feel free to ask.
