Fell Headlong In Love by Philip F De Pinto
It is her habit
To talk in her sleep
And it is my habit to remain awake
And to listen
And tonight the talk is so exceptional
So poetic in fact that I am compelled
To write it all down
And present it to her in the morning as my own
Not being the wiser
She wept when she read the words
And I weeping along as we fell headlong in love
Owing to something lovely
She shaped in her sleep

Posted by George Hoerner on 09/12/13 at 01:49 AM How you fall in love so easily Phiip reminds me of myself. I see the beauty in every woman, well almost. And in those I see it not is caused by the eye surgery I have had recently. Once I get my new glasses look out ladies. |

PERFECT! |
Posted by Kristina Woodhill on 09/13/13 at 02:11 AM How unique - sending her words back to her, you smart enough to let them live on helping you fall headlong. Lovely. |
Posted by Kris Mara on 09/14/13 at 02:12 AM gorgeous to read your words again...love the concept here...and all it takes is to listen and return those words sometimes... |
