It's just that I'm not interested
In this auction of my mind.
These few words that I find
Leave me with little more
Than I ever though before.
This is what I have found in store
For me, in my self-imposed futility.
Through the writing in the years
Of my life, relieves the angst,
Releases any strife.
Publication does not beset me,
Instead, it becomes my enemy.
