Sultry spring (Mature Theme)

by Ken Harnisch

Sultry spring awaits
The chance to wear her skirts
And cast aside the doughty rags of winter

I await the chance to
Press my lips against her hair and neck
And when she moans
In soft approval
I will move my hands inside
Her clouds
To touch her sun

We will make love each sunset
Until the longer, warmer nights
When passion is measured
By the flame
Of lover and beloved

Afterwards we will lay,
Sated, until the summer;
When our need will be hot
And humid, and burn us
Even in the night
