She has a propensity for love,

It's just not going to be with me.

She does not understand this

And I don't know

How to respond, or what to do,

So I'll just have to do

What my norm always is.

I don't call,

You can throw my name

Against the wall.

In time

All I'll become

Is a bad memory.

I'll remember too

Though for me,

The thoughts remain few.
