When I eat onions in the evenings

I have such vivid dreams.

Last night I was in a field

Of artistic cows, from "Cow Parade"

I think. There were too many to name

So I just mentioned what I thought

Inspired the works as I walked among them.

Like an onion, I have so many layers

(I think "Shrek" said that!)

I enjoy the bite

Of a sweet Vidalia onion

Fresh from the field.

Perhaps that's why my luck with women

Is so bad,

I just shouldn't enjoy an onion

While out on a date.

But to miss out on such a sweet sombalance

In my dreams, this my dear, is my fate.
