Help! I cried. Help me through the day.
Where can I find the help I need today?
I want to rise above my melancholy, this malaise
That I will suffer from to the end of my days.
Breathe! I thought. Control your breath.
Inhale. Exhale. Without it, death.
My staid emotions are fraught with strife.
So much angst torments my life.
Just watch. I knew that this was my path,
Without incurring anyone's wrath.
What is left, what now to do?
Help me get past this period of blue.
