Mother

by Kimberly Bare

Every corner I turned
Each wall I climbed
I could turn around and find you there

Always waiting, never pushing
Guiding with love tempered with patience
Ever willing with your helping hands

Words of Advice
Tears of joy
Laughter and pain
All shared with you

Walking through life with you by my side
Has been a blessing

You've held my hand and dried my tears
You've told me your dreams and your regrets
You know me better than anyone

You gave me love
You gave me life
You are my best friend
You are my Mother
