The other side of the reality.

by Ashok Sharda

The other side of the reality.

1.

Waking up from a dream

Thought Lao-t-zu

Was it I

Dreaming I was butterfly

Or is it the butterfly, now,

Dreaming I.

2.

He is a better dog

Than I am

I called him my dog

Now I wonder

If I am not his man.

3.

After having interacted with the

Mortal physical entity

Known as man

The ghost wondered

If this was not

Just a creation of his mind

Known as man.

These are philosophical anecdotes. I have just arranged them in a poetic fashion in my own way.

Typical philosophizing; the first two stanzas from a fresh perspective. The age old questions. What philosopher said, "I think, therefore I am."? I guess that is Common Sense or Pragmatic Philosophy.

i like how it bounces back and forth in perception. reminds me of how real it feels when i fly in dreams. very beautifully arranged poetry of those philosophical thoughts, by the way!
